COVID-19 Summary Response
We take our responsibility to You, Your company, and Your people whether they are staff or family very seriously.
We have set in place extensive policies and will continue to update these as advised by Local, State, and Federal authorities. We have summarized these as follows
Our first line of defense is to screen all our teammates.
Daily they will be asked to submit to a brief questionnaire that will reveal potential risks. They will also be subjected to taking their temperature and if found to be running a fever will not be allowed to work that day and may need to self quarantine or consult a doctor.
Teammates that are fit for work will be stringently supervised to protect themselves as well as your staff / family. We fully stock all safety equipment and cleaners to ensure any questionable area we will be working in will be safe from potential threats. We in addition have regular safety meetings educating our team on the potential dangers as well as how to handle them.
We will do our best to follow the current guidelines on social distancing however there will be times that people may need to work in close proximity. We will provide all appropriate PPE for our team as well as safety procedures to mitigate risk. We ask for our teammates to openly voice their opinions on their safety so we can foster a cohesive work environment.
If any teammate is found to become ill they will be immediately removed from the job site. Leadership at the job site will be immediately informed and will continue to be informed on the status of the teammate that took ill with regard to HIIPA regulations.
Likewise we expect the same courtesies from our clients and their teams.
Any of our teammates that are sent home ill will need to provide the following before returning to work.
Complete cessation of symptoms and contagiousness, proof of which may be acquired
via the test-based strategy or the non-test-based strategy.
